What is the ruling regarding a wife marrying her husband, whom she discovered, nine years into their marriage, had deceived her from the beginning about being ill, and who does not seek treatment to fulfill her marital rights, and does not pray, knowing that she only asked him to seek treatment due to the presence of children?

A marriage is not annulled due to the husband's sexual weakness unless it reaches the point of complete inability to engage in intercourse. The husband is not obliged to inform his wife of his illness unless it is a condition that warrants annulment. The wife's option [to annul] is forfeited if she becomes aware of the illness and accepts it. The wife who is harmed [by the situation] may request a divorce or khul'. It is recommended for the husband to seek treatment to foster harmony, though seeking treatment is not obligatory. Regarding the husband not praying, one should refer to the relevant fatwas on that matter.
