What is the ruling on the supererogatory prayers (Rawatib), Duha prayer, and Witr prayer for a traveling prisoner who faces harassment when performing them?

Scholars have differed regarding the supererogatory and optional prayers (Sunan and Nawafil) for the traveler, with the preponderant opinion being that they are recommended for him. As for the captive, he should perform them as long as it does not result in hardship or difficulty.
