What is the explanation of the following two nullifiers of Islam: "Whoever takes intermediaries between himself and Allah, asking them for intercession" and "Whoever believes that guidance other than the Prophet's guidance is better than the Prophet's guidance"?

The first paragraph refers to those who take intermediaries between themselves and Allah to worship them and claim to seek closeness to Allah and intercession through them, just as Allah Almighty said: "And they worship other than Allah that which neither harms them nor benefits them, and they say, 'These are our intercessors with Allah.'" As for the second paragraph, it refers to those who believe that the methodology or way of a certain leader is better than the methodology and way of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, for al-hady (guidance) is the path and the doctrine.
