How can the problem of not waking up for Fajr prayer be overcome, taking into consideration the use of multiple alarms and going back to sleep after turning them off, and how true is it that reading the end of Surat Al-Baqarah helps one wake up?

The reasons for waking up for Fajr prayer have been previously explained in Fatwas 31283 and 42802. There is no evidence that reciting the end of Surat Al-Baqarah helps one wake up. To know the ruling on staying up late, which leads to missing the prayer, please refer to Fatwa no. 62279.
