Is it permissible to take work-related files for personal benefit from the devices of a company that delays paying the due wages?

It is not permissible to cheat or betray the trust with the company, because Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Render the trust to the one who entrusted you, and do not betray the one who betrayed you," and his saying regarding the signs of a hypocrite: "And if he is entrusted, he betrays." However, if the company delays in giving you your right, and you are unable to obtain it except through a stratagem, then it is permissible for you to take only the amount of your right from its possessions.
