Is writing down intentions for worldly and religious acts on the phone and reviewing them to renew the intention considered an innovation (bid‘ah)?

A Muslim's checking of his intention and reviewing of his purpose, in order to renew sincerity and purify the heart from the contamination of intentions, is among the most important matters he should attend to. Writing and other means that aid in self-accountability are not innovations (bid'ah).
