Do the liquids I feel coming from the urethral opening — whose source I am unsure of — constitute a delusion or a reality, especially since I am married and employed and do not have time to repeat prayers?
You must fight off whisperings (waswas) and ignore them, paying them no mind. Do not search or rule that anything has exited unless you have absolute certainty. If you are certain that something has exited but doubt whether it came from the urinary tract or the vaginal opening, consider it to have come from the vaginal opening. If you doubt whether it is normal moisture or wady (a white, thick fluid that exits after urination) which necessitates istinja' (washing after relieving oneself), then istinja' is not obligatory for you; rather, you have a choice. The ruling on yellowish and brownish discharges is explained in another fatwa.
