Is a prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw) required in the two cases of forgetting to recite verses after the Fatiha and remembering before bowing, or attempting to stand up after the prostration of the last rak'ah in Isha prayer and then remembering before fully rising?

There is no prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw) for raising the hands for bowing (ruku') and then abandoning it to recite a surah, nor for standing up (qiyam) and then remembering that it is the fifth (rak'ah), unless the one standing becomes closer to standing fully upright. In that case, the prostration of forgetfulness is recommended for him. If he remembers before fully straightening up, he should return to the tashahhud. He should prostrate if he becomes closer to standing fully upright. What has been mentioned (in the first part of the answer) does not warrant the prostration of forgetfulness.
