Is a marriage based on deceit and fraud regarding age, sexual capacity, and financial promises Islamically invalid, especially when there is sexual dysfunction and the husband desires his wife to work and spend on him?

The husband's deception and the confirmation of his sexual impotence do not invalidate the marriage contract. However, it establishes the wife's right to annul the marriage because of it. The wife has the right to bring the matter before the judiciary to request annulment or divorce without her family's approval. If the annulment is granted and her waiting period (iddah) expires, she is permitted to remarry. As for her relationship with the person she met before marriage, it is a forbidden relationship, and she must sever this relationship immediately and repent to Allah.
