How can one get rid of vices and sins such as the love of vice, excessive solitude, the temptation of girls, music, television, masturbation, and cinema, especially when there is mockery from others when attempting to repent?

Repentance to Allah is obligatory for a Muslim, and whoever is sincere with Allah, Allah will be sincere with him. Among the important pieces of advice for repentance are: Beware of solitude, be mindful of Allah when alone, remember the evil consequences of sin, lower your gaze from forbidden things, avoid studying in co-educational schools, and do not pay attention to the mockery of scoffers.
