What is the share of each heir from the deceased's estate, given that he has: a wife, two full brothers, and two sons of a full brother whose father died before the deceased?

The niece is not among the heirs, and only those who are alive at the time of the deceased's death inherit. If the deceased left behind only his wife and two full brothers, then the wife receives one-fourth due to the absence of a descendant heir. The remaining portion goes to his two full brothers by 'asabah (agnatic relationship) equally, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the Fara'id (obligatory shares) to those who are entitled to them; and whatever remains, that is for the nearest male relative." The two sons of the full brother receive nothing because they are excluded by the full brothers. The inheritance is divided into eight shares: two shares for the wife, and three shares for each full brother.
