What is the Sunnah regarding congratulating one another on the advent of Ramadan?

There is no specific wording in the Sunnah for congratulating on the arrival of Ramadan, but it is established that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to inform his companions of its arrival, as in his saying: "Ramadan has come to you, a blessed month. Allah has obligated you to fast it. In it, the gates of Paradise are opened, the gates of Hell are closed, and the devils are chained. In it is a night better than a thousand months. Whoever is deprived of its good is indeed deprived."
