What is the ruling on a marriage that was based on sorcery and resulted in the birth of children, without the consent of the wife's family, and with the sorcery proven by the testimony of an exorcist?

If the conditions and pillars of marriage are met, then it is valid. However, whoever used magic to complete it has done wrong and exposed himself to Allah's wrath. He must offer sincere repentance by abandoning the sin, regretting it, resolving not to return to it, and increasing good deeds. Magic is an act of disbelief (kufr), and it is impermissible to go to soothsayers or diviners, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever goes to a soothsayer or a diviner and believes what he says, has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad."
