Is it permissible to drop the hamza from the word "sha’a" in "In sha’ Allah," and likewise to say "In shaa Allah," and is it permissible to open the hamza in "in" instead of breaking it?

It is permissible to drop the hamza in the word "shay'" (thing) and similar words according to the people of Hijaz, and the nabr (stress/glottal stop) is the hamz. If the hamza is omitted, the alif is also omitted in pronunciation due to the meeting of two silent letters. Similarly, it is permissible to replace the kasra-hamza of "inna" with an open hamza in a conditional context, which is the view of the Kufans.
