Is the Hadith: "Have mercy on a dignitary of a people who has been humiliated, and a rich person who has become poor, and a scholar who has been lost among the ignorant" authentic?

The hadith was narrated by Al-Askari and Ibn Hibban with a Munkar (denounced) chain of transmission from Anas. Al-Khatib also narrated it with an unknown narrator in its chain from Anas, elevated (marfu’) with a similar meaning, but with the wording: "and a faqih (jurist) whom the ignorant toy with."
