How authentic is the narration reported from Ali ibn Al-Husayn concerning the calls on the Day of Resurrection to the people of virtue and patience and the neighbors of Allah?

This narration from Ali ibn Al-Husayn is weak and has a frail chain of transmission due to the presence of Zafir ibn Sulayman, who is prone to many delusions, and Thabit Ath-Thumali, who is a rejected (matruk) narrator because of his Rafidi (Shiite) beliefs. The established texts of Islamic law suffice over this narration.
