Will the fear of publishing photos sent four years ago subside, knowing that they have not been published until now, and is this evidence of the acceptance of repentance?

You have done well by repenting to Allah from this heinous act, and we ask Him to accept your repentance and grant you steadfastness. Continue to remove and dispose of the pictures; if you are unable to, then you have done your part. We advise you to turn to Allah in supplication, asking Him for well-being. Have a good opinion of your Lord and face your life as if nothing had happened, and do not pay attention to the whispers (waswas), especially since four years have passed since the incident.
