Is the 10% agreed upon for management in the partnership calculated from the net profit or from the total supply before deducting expenses and costs?

It is permissible for one of the partners to manage the project in exchange for an increase in his share of the profits (as a known percentage of the net profit), or to receive a fixed salary from the company's funds through a separate lease (ijara) contract.
