Is the presence of female students with the doctor without a barrier that obstructs the view considered intermixing, even with adherence to Sharia-compliant regulations?

The Islamic Sharia prohibits zina (fornication/adultery) and everything that leads to it, due to the spread of indecency and the collapse of society that result from it. It commanded lowering the gaze and for women to cover themselves with the prescribed Islamic dress, in order to avoid falling into vice. There is no objection to a teacher meeting with female students in one hall, provided Islamic guidelines are observed.
