Is it necessary to purify the bedding if no trace of impurity is found after a wet dream, knowing that certainty is not dispelled by doubt? And is the prayer valid if water used for Istinja' from urine falls on the testicles without washing them, based on the assumption that the water is pure? And what is the advice for someone who suffers from excessive doubts in prayer, such as doubting the bowing (ruku') or the recitation of Al-Fatiha?

If you are unsure whether what was discharged from you is semen (maniyy) or pre-seminal fluid (madhiy), then consider it madhiy. Whatever you used to wash your penis and touched your testicles is pure. As for obsessive doubts (waswasah) in prayer or otherwise, turn away from them, ignore them, and do not pay any attention to them.
