Is it permissible to borrow from the bank with interest to purchase an electrical appliance when money is not available?

Borrowing with interest is forbidden usury, and it is not permissible except in cases of necessity or a need that is equivalent to it. What has been mentioned does not reach the level of necessity that permits borrowing with usury. Your duty is to repent to Allah.
