Is it permissible for me to participate in a commercial transaction shrouded in ambiguity?

It is not permissible to participate in a company like Biznas or similar ventures due to the elements of gambling (qimār), games of chance (maysir), deception of participants (taghrīr), wrongful appropriation of wealth (akl al-māl bi'l-bāṭil), uncertainty (jahālah), excessive ambiguity (gharar), and deviation from justice. The primary intention of participants is quick and enticing gain. The one hundred dollars paid constitutes maysir and qimār because of the uncertainty of the return, and it involves tempting the ignorant. Those who profit do so at the expense of others, and the company drains the money of the poor by constantly renewing subscriptions.
