Is there a Fiqh Academy in every Islamic country?

There isn't an Islamic Fiqh Assembly in every Islamic country, but the presence of scholars covers the Muslims' need for fiqh if they wish to act upon it and benefit from the immense jurisprudential wealth left by the jurists. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A group from my Ummah will remain manifest upon the truth; those who oppose them will not harm them until the أمر الله (command of Allah) comes." Thus, Muslims need to refer back to the fiqh of their religion.
