How are inheritances calculated in the case where the deceased left behind: a wife, seven daughters, and a full brother?

The male heirs are fifteen, and the female heirs are ten. The method of distributing the inheritance cannot be clarified until the heirs are accurately and unambiguously identified.

If, for example, the deceased left no heirs except his wife, his seven daughters, and his full brother, and no other heir:

Then his wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as Allah the Almighty says: "But if you have a child, then for them is one-eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt."

And his seven daughters receive two-thirds, as Allah the Almighty says: "But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of what he left."

And the remainder goes to his full brother by ta'sib (residuary heirship), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them, and whatever remains is for the closest male relative."

The inheritance is divided into one hundred and sixty-eight shares: - For the wife: twenty-one shares. - For the seven daughters: one hundred and twelve shares (sixteen shares for each). - For the full brother: thirty-five shares.
