What is the ruling on making up this day if a discharge occurred and the questioner did not intentionally think (about it), while she is afflicted with obsessive-compulsive disorder?

Discharge of semen due to contemplation does not invalidate the fast. If the discharge is due to looking, there are two possibilities:

1. Repeated looking: If semen is not discharged, the fast is valid. If semen is discharged, the fast is invalidated according to Imam Ahmad and Malik, but not according to the Shafi'is. If pre-seminal fluid (madhiy) is discharged due to repeated looking, the fast is not invalidated.

2. Looking once and then averting the gaze: The fast is not invalidated, whether semen is discharged or not, because the first glance is pardoned.

The believing woman must lower her gaze from what Allah has forbidden. If the fast is invalidated and it was a voluntary fast, it must be made up on another day. If the issue is obsessive thoughts (waswas), it should be disregarded.
