Is "rainbow" a misnomer and should we replace it with "Rahman's Bow" because Qazah is considered one of the names of the gods of Jahiliyyah?

The rainbow consists of lines and colors that appear in the sky. The word "quzih" either means "improvement" or "elevation". It is also said to be the name of an angel entrusted with it. Some hadiths have prohibited calling it "Qaws Quzah" (literally, "Quzah's Bow"), claiming it is the name of a devil, and that it should instead be called "Qaws Allah" ("Allah's Bow") because it is a security for the people of the earth against drowning. However, scholars have ruled these hadiths to be fabricated and falsely attributed to the Prophet, peace be upon him. Therefore, there is no religious impediment to calling things "Qaws Quzah," as the default rule is permissibility.
