Is it permissible for an employee who travels 85 km daily to and from work to shorten and combine prayers?

If the distance between you and your work is 85 kilometers after exceeding the city limits, then it is a distance for shortening prayers (qasr). You are permitted to combine the Asr prayer with the Dhuhr prayer and shorten them at your workplace.
