Is the camera integrated into the car I bought mine or the seller's?

The camera found in the car belongs to the seller, not the buyer, as the sale was concluded for the car itself, not its accessories. The buyer must contact the seller and inform him of the camera's presence. If the seller willingly gives it to the buyer, there is no harm in taking it. Otherwise, it must be returned, based on the hadith: "The wealth of a Muslim person is not lawful [to take] except with his willing consent."
