What is the solution for my wife who dreams that she is having intercourse with a female, and she is distressed and fears sin?

If one sees a dream that they love, they should praise Allah for it and speak of it. If they see what they dislike, they should seek refuge in Allah from its evil and not mention it to anyone. There is no sin upon the sleeper for what they see. However, ghusl (ritual bathing) is obligatory if one sees sexual intercourse in a dream and semen is discharged.
