Should the husband's will be executed regarding the disinheritance of his wife, who stole a lot of gold from him, while she remained his wife for the sake of their daughters?

The will to disinherit the wife is not to be carried out, because it is a right granted by Allah to the heir. The mere claim by the husband that his wife stole has no effect unless it is proven by lawful evidence. Even if theft were proven, the wife would not be disinherited. The resolution of dispute cases rests with the Sharia courts.
