Repentance demolishes sins, and its conditions necessitate cutting off forbidden relationships. Marriage is the optimal solution for those who are in love, and there is no harm in marrying someone who accepts you and is aware of your illness. A fatal illness does not necessarily prevent healing; you must turn to Allah and ask Him for healing while taking the necessary means, for every ailment has a cure. One must learn a lesson from being lenient in emotional relationships due to the evil and tribulation they bring.
