Is the Hadith that mentions Allah Almighty’s dislike for three things, among them fidgeting in prayer, authentic?

This Hadith: "Indeed, Allah Almighty dislikes for you frivolity in prayer, obscenity in fasting, and laughter at graves." It was narrated by Ibn al-Mubarak in "Al-Zuhd," and Al-Albani declared it weak in "Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Da'ifah," stating: "This is a weak, Mu'dal (problematic) chain of narration."
