Is it permissible for a married woman, who has children from her current husband, to seek a divorce in order to return to her first husband and her children from him?

A woman is not permitted to seek a divorce (Talaq) or annulment (Khul') if she has not suffered harm, or if she does not detest her husband to the extent of neglecting his rights. This is because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Any woman who asks her husband for divorce without a sound reason, the scent of Paradise will be forbidden to her." Therefore, a woman does not have the right to seek a divorce to return to her ex-husband and children.
