What is the interpretation of the Almighty's saying: "And when you strike, you strike as tyrants"?

The noble verse: (And when you strike, you strike as tyrants) came in the context of speaking about the people of 'Aad, and it means that they were oppressive, unjust, and practiced brutality, injustice, and revenge with violence and harshness without any right. This reprehensible characteristic has become widespread in this Ummah, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, informed of the existence of people who would beat others with whips without right. This brutality, oppression, imprisonment, and torture have spread in many Islamic countries. And the meaning of "you strike as tyrants" is to seize by killing and beating unjustly and aggressively without any legitimate right.
