Is it permissible for a congregant to complete Al-Fatiha before the Imam has finished it?

The worshiper should recite Surah Al-Fatiha at a moderate pace, in accordance with their imam. If they complete it before the imam, there is no issue. However, if they complete it before the imam begins it, some have said that the prayer is invalid, but the correct view is that it is not invalid.
