Viewing pornographic websites is absolutely forbidden, and its prohibition is even stronger during Ramadan, as it contradicts the very purpose of fasting. Whoever engages in such an act must repent. As for the ruling on fasting: If viewing led to the emission of semen during the fast, the fast is invalidated and must be made up. If madhiy (prostatic fluid) was emitted, the more correct opinion is that the fast is not invalidated, but it is recommended to make it up as a precaution. If nothing was emitted, the fast is valid, but there is a fear of losing the reward. As for intrusive explicit advertisements, they must be closed immediately, and one should not click on them. Whoever cannot control themselves should avoid the internet for the sake of their religious well-being.
