Is renting cars from another agency at a price higher than the original rental price permissible or forbidden?

It is permissible for the tenant to lease the rented property to another party for more or less than the rent for which he leased it. As for intermediation between customers and agency (brokering), it is permissible to take a fee for it if it is part of his work in the company and for its account; otherwise, it is not permissible except with the permission of the company owner.
