Will the deceased father be punished and enter Hell because his daughter is not veiled, knowing that he was regular in his prayers?

If the maternal uncle did not fall short in educating his daughter and forbidding her from evil, then no harm will befall him because of her. However, if he did not fulfill his duty of raising her religiously and advising her, then his matter is with Allah; He may forgive him or punish him. The important thing now is to supplicate for his forgiveness, give charity on his behalf, and perform Hajj for him if possible.
