Is a woman sinful when she asks her husband to live with her?

Allah Almighty has placed affection and mercy between spouses. It is the wife's right that her husband provide her with private accommodation, and it is not permissible for the husband to abandon or desert his wife in a way that harms her. The husband's absence from his wife for more than six months permits the wife to refer her case to the judiciary if she is not content with it. The husband should realize the impact of his absence on his family, and he should take his family with him if he travels for work, whenever possible, due to their need for the father's presence in upbringing.
