What is the ruling on repeating ghusl before every prayer due to a continuous feeling of impurity, and does this feeling affect one's religiosity and psychological state?

We ask Allah the Almighty to grant you healing. You must earnestly supplicate to Allah and make du'a during times when prayers are answered. Strive to cut off these whispers (waswas) and do not follow them, for indulging in them will entrench them. Do not perform ghusl before every prayer unless you are certain that ghusl is obligatory. Disregard doubts about your purity, for the default state is purity, and one does not deviate from it except with certainty.
