Is it permissible to perform Tarawih prayers at home while listening to the radio, especially if the intention is to complete the recitation of the Quran during the month of Ramadan?

It is not permissible to follow an imam via radio or television screen for Taraweeh prayers or any other prayers. Whoever wishes to pray in congregation can do so at the mosque, or pray at home with their family. It is preferable for supererogatory prayers, including Taraweeh, to be performed at home, based on the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: “Perform some of your prayers in your homes, and do not turn them into graves,” and his saying: “The best prayer of a person is in his home, except for the obligatory prayers.” This is if one is confident that they will not become lazy; otherwise, it is better to pray Taraweeh with the congregation to stay active.
