What must a woman do who vowed to "give every shaykh his promise" after what she vowed comes true, when she does not understand the meaning of her words?

The statement of the woman in her vow, "I will give every Sheikh his due," is open to several interpretations. As long as she did not intend anything specific, or she intended something and then forgot it, she must offer expiation for breaking an oath (kaffarat yamin). This is based on the Prophet's (peace beellations be upon him) saying: "The expiation for a vow that is not specified is the expiation for an oath."
