A woman is permitted to recite the Qur’an without a headscarf. A menstruating woman is permitted to recite the Qur’an without touching the Mus'haf. If you intend to donate to the mosque, there is no sin upon you in delaying the donation or substituting it with money, unless you have specified a deadline. In that case, you must fulfill the vow. If the deadline passes, you must offer expiation for breaking an oath. A traveler is not permitted to shorten prayers if he is in a place where he has a wife or if he intends to reside there for four days or more.
