Are the removal and insertion of an IUD, and procreation, matters decreed by Allah Almighty, or are they by human choice?

It is permissible to use contraceptives such as "IUDs" when there is a valid medical reason, provided that this does not necessitate the uncovering of 'awrah (intimate parts) except in cases of extreme necessity, and a trustworthy female doctor is preferred. A Muslim must believe in divine decree and that everything is by the will of Allah, while also believing that they have freedom of choice in their actions for which they will be held accountable. One should not be overwhelmed by sadness and regret over the past, but rather repent and strive for what is beneficial, for "if only" opens the door to the work of Satan.
