What is the ruling on saying: "O wound with no healer"?

The saying "A wound that none but Allah can heal" is permissible if it means that there is no healer but Him, for all healing is in the hands of Allah. He alone is the Healer, and He is capable of healing every physical or spiritual wound. The Quran and Hadith have alluded to this.

However, if it means that there is no cure for it, then it is false, for Allah has not sent down any disease without also sending down a cure for it, with the exception of death (al-Saam).

And if the wound is spiritual, such as the loss of a loved one or fear, then its cure lies in belief in divine decree and destiny (al-Qadaa wal-Qadar), patience, and the Quran is a healing for what is in the chests.

A believer should avoid this saying because of what it might imply of disbelief or limitation, and instead turn to what Allah has legislated.
