What is the ruling on the Imam's recitation of Al-Fatiha, prolonging the fathah in "iyyaka" then pausing, then continuing "na'budu," such that he recites it as (Iyyaaka... and na'budu iyyaaka... nasta'in), under the pretext of clarification in congregational prayer?

All praise is due to Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family, and companions. The aforementioned mispronunciation (laḥn) does not alter the meaning nor invalidate the prayer. Reciting Al-Fatihah must be done in its proper order, with the correct emphasis (tashdīd), and without any mispronunciation that changes the meaning. If a mispronunciation occurs, such as changing the vowelization of a letter that alters the meaning, the recitation is invalid, except for one who is incapable. The Imam should be advised to abandon this addition and to limit himself to reciting Al-Fatihah with proper intonation (tartīl) and tajwīd, without omission or addition.
