Is the urfi marriage that was conducted without a guardian (wali) invalid, making it obligatory to annul it and conclude a new contract, and does divorce occur in it, knowing that the husband relies on the madhhab of Imam Abu Hanifa for its validity?

It is not permissible to remain with a man who has divorced three times, whether the marriage contract was valid or void. She must separate from him immediately. He is not permitted to remarry her unless she first marries another man. The consent of the guardian (wali) must be observed in any future marriage, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Any woman who marries without the permission of her guardian, her marriage is invalid," (repeating it three times).
