Is expiation obligatory for someone who swore not to open Messenger, then communicated by phone, and is it permissible to give the expiation of 2.5 kilograms of rice to a single family?

If someone swears not to speak to his colleague if the latter does such-and-such, and the colleague does it, the swearer is considered to have broken his oath merely by speaking to him over the phone, unless he intended, at the time of swearing, not to speak to him via Messenger, for the intention particularizes. If he breaks his oath, he must offer a single expiation: feeding ten poor people, or clothing them, or fasting for three days. However, if the swearer intended to break his oath every time he spoke to him or sent him a message, then he must offer an expiation for an oath every time he does so. The swearer knows best what he intended and meant. And if he swore not to speak, or listen, or send messages, and he broke his oath by any of these, a single expiation is required as long as the oath is one.
