What is the ruling on the salaries the questioner received from two different sources, and how should he dispose of the salary deposited in his account if it is deemed unlawful?

If the salary given by the state to job seekers does not apply to you due to the conditions of eligibility, then you do not have the right to take it, and it is obligatory for you to return it. If you are unable to return it, then give it as charity to the poor and needy, or spend it on public Muslim interests, along with repentance and seeking forgiveness. What you have spent from this money does not obligate you to return it; you only return the remainder. If you are in need, you may take what suffices your need and dispose of the excess.
