What is the ruling on blood that becomes abundant again after drops of blood were considered istihadah based on a previous fatwa, and should the missed prayers be made up?

If the blood continues for more than a day and a night, and there are more than fifteen days between its two extremities, then you are experiencing istiḥāḍah (prolonged vaginal bleeding).

You must follow one of the following methods: 1. Reverting to a previous habit: What aligns with your habit is menstruation (ḥayḍ), and what exceeds it is istiḥāḍah. 2. Discrimination: If you do not have a habit, then differentiate the menstrual blood by its characteristics, and what exceeds it is istiḥāḍah. 3. Investigation: If you do not have a habit and cannot differentiate, then consider six or seven days as menstruation based on investigation, and what exceeds it is istiḥāḍah.

After the days of menstruation end, perform ghusl (ritual bath) and pray. You have the rulings of ritually pure women during the time of istiḥāḍah, with the obligation of taking precautions and performing wuḍūʾ (ablution) for every prayer after its time enters if the blood is continuous, or performing istinjāʾ (cleansing after relieving oneself), wuḍūʾ, and prayer during the time of its cessation if it is not continuous. The purity interspersed within the menstrual period is valid purity.
